It is also possible to access from IE 9 - 10, Firefox 24 – 26 with some browser setting changes at user level. By Default TLSv1.1 & TLSv1.2 is disabled in these versions and essential to enable by following below steps.

To change the settings in IE 9 or 10:

1. Go to Tools and select Internet Options.
2. Select the Advanced tab in Internet Options.
3. Enable(check) TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2.
4. Click on Apply and OK to complete the procedure.

To change the settings in Firefox 24 – 26:

1. Open Browser and Type in “about:config” in the address bar and move past the warning.
2. Type in “security.tls.version.max” in the search field and replace the ‘1’ with ‘3’ to enable TLS 1.2.
3. Type in “security.tls.version.min” in the search field and replace the ‘0’ with ‘1’ to switch from SSL 3.0 to TLS 1.0.
